List your needs room by room
Separate the elements you want to change in the kitchen, bathroom, entrance and living area. Also identify furniture and surfaces to retain. Photographs, approximate dimensions and any drawings make the first discussion more concrete.
Make the work included in the quotation clear
Assess removal, surface preparation, paint, flooring, furniture, transport and installation as separate items. Clarify material specifications, quantities and work that is excluded. Rather than looking only at the total, make sure the quotations you compare describe the same work.
Discuss technical responsibilities at the start
Work involving electrics, lighting, plumbing and water connections should be planned with the relevant specialists. Assessing existing conditions and identifying the expertise required are part of coordination before work begins. Do not finalise uncertain technical matters using photographs alone.
Build the schedule around dependent tasks
Some furniture measurements may depend on finished surfaces, and the space must be ready for installation. Consider material selection, orders, site preparation and the work sequence together. Agree the final duration once the site assessment, scope and supply conditions are clear.
Define change and handover procedures
If an additional request arises during the work, discuss its effect on scope, cost and schedule before starting it. Use the approved work list for final checks and record any items still to be completed. In your first discussion with FUNERTECH, share your location, work list and target date.
This guide provides general planning information. Materials, installation and delivery terms are determined according to the project scope.
